Isometric drawing is a drawing created by using 30 degree angles. It is an axonometric drawing which uses same scale at each axis.
It is the 3D representation of an
object on a 2D surface. Isometric means “equal measure”. They are generally used
to explain how the object works. In isometric drawings top, front and bottom
views of object in same axis are to be made. So, it is helpful in describing
the 3D object in two dimensions.
